Return Policy

Returns and Refunds:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

XtremeworX   is happy to offer a refund if your purchased item is faulty on arrival. You must return your faulty goods to us within 14 days from the date of purchase in order to be eligible for a replacement.

You will receive a replacement item or a credit for the purchase if the item can not be replaced.

Procedure for the Return of Products:

All products to be returned will require a Return Authorization (RA) Number before they can be returned.

To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact our customer service at email  sales@xtremeworx.com.au   for further assistance.

All products returned must contain all original packaging and documentation. XtremeworX  reserves the right to deny replacement of goods that have been poorly packaged and that have missing parts or have signs of physical abuse.

Returns take approximately 7 working days to process from the date of receipt of returned products (exceptions to this may occur from time to time).

PLEASE NOTE:

- All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- A replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by us.
- Items that are returned to  XtremeworX  without the RA number will be returned to sender.
